The wood used is a mixture of reclaimed and harvested Oak, Cherry, Maple, Zebra-wood, Walnut, Lemonwood and Rosewood.
Starting off as a blank block of wood, they are cut to the right size and thickness to suit the unique blueprint. A hole is then drilled that is a little smaller then the desired size so that the shaping can start. Once the ring has its curves, it is sanded increasingly finer to be lastly polished and oiled.
All rings are locally produced in Cornwall, England.
Making can take from 1 to 7 days depending on the complexity of the project.
